The Charlotte ETA Group welcomes Mubarak Shah, CPA at Smith Leonard PLLC, for a deep dive into Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings!

After helping hundreds of searchers (both self-funded and traditional) with their M&A deals, Mubarak will be covering the most important components related to Financial Due Diligence (or "FDD"). This includes: Quality of Earnings, Negotiating Working Capital, LOI/Deal Structuring, and SBA 7(a) underwriting.
