Justin Chapman is a sales and leadership professional in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry, helping businesses simplify HR, benefits, payroll, and compliance so owners can focus on growth. With experience at Group Management Services (GMS) and now leading broker partnerships at ADP TotalSource, he brings deep expertise in supporting small and mid-sized businesses with scalable solutions that reduce risk and drive efficiency.

A University of Akron College of Business Administration alumnus, Justin is passionate about entrepreneurship and the Charlotte business community. As a charter contributing member of The Charlotte ETA Group, he actively volunteers his time—whether stuffing goodie bags for events or connecting with fellow members—to help build a stronger ecosystem for aspiring business acquirers and operators.

When not working or volunteering, Justin is an avid golfer (even though his handicap doesn’t always reflect it), a big game hunter, and enjoys traveling with his wife Megan and their wiener dog Cannoli. He’s excited to support the group’s mission of education, networking, and Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition.
